Overview<\/strong><\/p>

We are a small business. Every order matters to us. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30\u00a0days<\/strong>\u00a0from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>

To protect both your rights and our ability to operate fairly, please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Eligibility for Return<\/strong>
To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us and receive approval. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:<\/p>

  1. Physical return<\/strong> to our designated warehouse in China (return shipping cost borne by buyer), or<\/li>
  2. Video\/photo evidence<\/strong> as proof of the issue, without physical return.<\/li><\/ol>

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded:<\/p>

    • Custom\/OEM products<\/strong> \u2014 non-refundable once production starts, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect that deviates from the approved sample<\/li>
    • Items damaged or modified by the buyer after delivery<\/li>
    • Items returned without prior approval<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations<\/strong>
      We do not accept refunds or returns in the following cases:<\/p>\n

      Change of mind, wrong size selection, or \u201cno longer needed\u201d<\/p>\n

      Dishonest claims (e.g., intentionally damaging products to request a refund)<\/p>\n

      Unauthorized return \u2014 any item sent back without our prior approval will not be processed<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Partial Refunds<\/strong>
      Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:<\/p>\n

      Minor quality issues that do not affect basic use (e.g., loose thread, slight color difference)<\/p>\n

      Items with visible signs of use or missing parts, where the issue is not clearly our fault<\/p>\n

      Disputes opened through a bank or payment provider without first contacting us \u2014 in such cases, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and withhold refund until resolved<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Refunds<\/strong>
      Once we receive and review your return request (whether via physical return or video\/photo evidence), we will notify you of the approval or rejection.<\/p>\n

      If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.<\/p>\n

      For custom orders that proceed to production with your confirmed approval, no refund will be issued.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Video\/Photo Evidence (Instead of Physical Return)<\/strong>
      For visible defects or quality issues, you may simply provide:<\/p>\n

      • A short video (or clear photos) showing the problem<\/li>\n
      • For severely defective items, you may be asked to provide a short video showing the item being destroyed (e.g., cut or broken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund without requiring physical return. This option applies only when the issue can be clearly verified remotely.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        No Unauthorized Chargebacks or Disputes<\/strong>
        By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n

        Unexpected chargebacks harm small businesses. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication:<\/p>\n

        • Your refund eligibility may be voided<\/li>\n
        • Your account may be permanently closed<\/li>\n
        • We reserve the right to recover associated fees through legal means<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Late or Missing Refunds<\/strong>
          If you have not received a refund yet:<\/p>\n

          2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider \u2014 processing times vary<\/li>\n
          3. Contact your bank \u2014 there is often processing time before a refund is posted<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Sale Items<\/strong>
            Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless defective.<\/p>\n

            Exchanges<\/strong>
            We only replace items if they are defective or damaged beyond use. To request an exchange, contact us at max.lee@weuntamed.com.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            Shipping Returns (If Physical Return Is Required)<\/strong>
            If we determine that a physical return is necessary, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n

            For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
